Charlie's Phone looks and feels like a real smartphone, so when your little one wants to play, they stay in a safe bubble instead of getting into your settings, texts, and contacts. No internet. No ads. No strangers. Just safe, joyful play.
You hand over your phone for two minutes and half your settings are changed, and you have no idea which ones.
Your kid has called your boss, texted your group chat, and FaceTimed grandma four times before you noticed.
One "safe" video turns into an hour of content you never approved and can't always trust.
You just want to eat dinner or finish a call, without handing a toddler the whole internet.
Charlie's Phone is an app you open on your phone or an old tablet. Hand the device to your child and they get the grown-up thrill of their very own phone, a dial pad, texting, a Fun House camera with silly filters that saves and sends nothing, a timer, contacts of the people they love, games, and a friendly character named Charlie who cheers them on. Everything lives on the device in a safe, offline sandbox, so nothing your child does ever reaches the internet.
Nothing your child taps can reach the web. It works on airplanes and in restaurants.
No advertising, no pop-ups, no "buy" buttons disguised as play.
Calls and texts are pretend. No one can contact your child, and your child can't contact anyone.
No account, no tracking. Everything stays on your device. We never see a thing.
We're inviting a small group of families to try Charlie's Phone and help shape it. Request access, take it for a spin, and tell us what you think.
